Broad shoulders indicates existence of muscle which usually
means you are strong. The shoulder is a complex joint that is asked to do a
lot, and having a large amount of muscles in that area helps create a strong
base for those demands. Having broad shoulders also tends to hide a large belly
and helps make your waist will look smaller. In general broad shoulders will
help you look bigger and stronger which all bodybuilders strive for.

Sean's Shoulder Workout
- Standing barbell overhead press 4x sets 10-12 reps
- Seated military press (behind neck) 6x sets 10-12 reps
- Upright rows super set with dumbbell side lateral raises 4x sets 10-12 reps
- Cable rope face pulls super set with front z-bar raises 4x sets 10-12 reps
Finisher: Kneeling Barbell Lever Press 3x sets to failure
