Hi, muscle weighs quite a bit. Not sure how you want to gain muscle and not put any weight on! Instead of worrying so much about the scales, you should concentrate on your belt size and the mirror. After all you can weight 13 stones and be a fat guy or 13 stones and be ripped and muscular. So the scales mean nothing. Norateen will put muscle on you and fat burners will burn fat off you. So you may end up the same weight or maybe even more but you will not look the same. You will look totally different. Hope this makes sense.

Some people take a supplement for a month, others take it for years because they find it works and they may not be very strict with their regime. You do not need to keep taking the product once you achieve your goal but if you start eating too much or not exercising, you may find that you may need it again!
Hi, we really cannot tell you because every person is different. One person's caffeine intolerance is very different from another's. We certainly wouldn't recommend it if you have caffeine intolerance. If you wan to lose fat you can try Fat Stripper (original) which has minimal amounts and if you want to build muscle you can try Norateen Heavyweight II which has no caffeine.
