This is a great pre-workout meal as it provides you with the nutrients needed to smash your workouts. Top it off with some peanut butter and you are onto a winner.
2 egg whites
1x scoop of LA Whey protein
2 slices of bread (opt for wholemeal as it's higher in fibre.
1 TBS peanut butter
1. Put your
eggs in a mixing bowl
2. Put a scoop of Protein in and mix until all powder has mixed in
3. Heat a pan and put a drop of oil in
4. Dip your bread on both sides in the mix
5. Flip bread after about a minute to do the other side
6. DONE! Top it with your favourite peanut butter or yoghurt/fruit
Pretty simple eh! Use a good quality whey protein like the LA Whey protein, this works well with any flavour really!
Low fat, high in protein, great macros for pre and even post workout nutrition!!
