Check out this divine recipe enriched with protein to help refuel and rebuild muscle tissue after your workouts. This unique and delicious recipe is quick to make and works best within 20 minutes after completing your workout.
You will need;
Ice
Method:
1. Put milk, LA Whey Gold Chocolate protein powder, banana, ice and 1 tbsp LA peanut butter into blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more ice for thicker texture.
2. Pour out into a glass, add the chopped nuts, 1 tbsp LA peanut butter and drink.Provides 2 servings
Recommended use:
Within 20 minutes post-workout to stimulate protein synthesis and re-synthesise muscle glycogen.
Meal replacement (MRP) at breakfast, or any other time in the day to increase daily calorie intake.
