No (0)Hi not sure where that answer has come from because you can 100% take both at the same time if you want both fat loss AND muscle building. You just follow the instructions on each tub and you can take the tablets together at the same sitting. Or you can take one after another if you wish too. Obviously that would be easier as it would be 1 month of say pure muscle building (eating loads and heavy weights) and 1 month of pure fatburning (cardio and less sugar less eating etc).
