Personal trainer and LA Muscle TV star Sofia Shamimi always ensures she stays in shape all year round. Sofia eats 3 well balanced meals a day as well as having a post workout protein shake. Her meals tend to be high in protein, moderate in carbs and low in fat to ensure her body is getting the nutrition it requires daily whilst maintaining and building new muscle tissue.
On top of eating healthy, Sofia trains very hard, trains clients all day as well as drinking at least 4 litres of water daily. She has a very busy schedule so she needs to ensure the right fuel is provided.
