One of the major body parts that are neglected in the world of bodybuilding are legs. People often focus on core, back, chest, upper body and arms as they tend to think they are more 'noticeable'. If you fall into this bracket then you're making a huge mistake if you're only training above the belt.
Gym owner of Titans Gym and bodybuilding champion Chris Jones strongly believes that your lower body is the home to some of the biggest muscles in your body. He advises to focus on workouts that challenge your bottom half and you'll be rewarded with strong glutes, athletic quads, healthy hamstrings and toned calves.
With this in mind, LA Muscle have teamed up with the man himself to get the low-down on his leg workout and how he trains legs to make him stand out from the competitors on stage.
Follow Chris's workout once a week to the 'T' to reap the rewards and to start packing on sheer muscle on your lower body. This is the current workout he is doing in prep to the NABBA Universe!
