LA Muscle have teamed up with Mr Universe and Bodybuilder Ahmed Rabos to get the low-down on his secret chest and triceps workout.
Ahmed uses this workout when preparing for big bodybuilding competitions which helps him pack on the serious size and definition needed to separate himself from the rest.
Follow this workout once a week to the 'T' and perform to failure for best results. Remember form is everything so make sure you use a weight which is comfortable for you and enables you working to failure
Chest
Barbell Bench Press 3 x 6-8
Incline bench press on the smith machine 3 x 8-10 drop-sets
Decline dumbbell bench press 3 x 8-10 drop-sets
Weighted dips 3 x 8-10
Triceps
Skull Crushers with the EZ Bar 4 x 8-10
Triceps Rope Extensions 3 x 10-12
Overhead dumbbell tricep extensions 3 x 8-10 reps
Cardio and Supplements
Ahmed likes to perform cardio for 40 minutes after training.
He has a serving of 311 BCAAs before his cardio and a serving of LA Whey protein directly after the cardio
In addition he likes to walk everyday and enjoys working his abs intensely twice a week for around seven minutes a session.
