Most arm workouts are frighteningly poorly designed and are done incorrectly. Guys want big arms. That's apparent, but most lifters don't come prepared with a plan of attack other than doing as many sets as possible and repeating it again a few days later.
The trick with training arms is to train them once a week and to hit them hard and heavy using proper form with a weight that you are comfortable with, without cheating. Remember if you cheat you are only fooling yourself and the key to results is to train effectively and correctly.
Mr Universe Ahmed Rabos strongly believes that in order for the arms to grow, it's essential to choose mass-building exercises early in your workout when your energy levels are highest and give it everything you have.
Ahmed trains his arms just once a week as he knows they get plenty of movement from other workouts such as back/chest and shoulders.
Before your arm workout it is advised to have a pre-workout drink to get the energy levels rising. Ahmed always has a serving of Possessed before his working along with 4 capsules of Vasculator to give him the pump his looking for. He then spends around 45 minutes training his arms outlined below.
