How did the Hollywood star of Thank you for Smoking and Spider Man get so RIPPED at 61 years of age? According to his personal trainer Aaron Williamson, it had a lot to do with discipline. The ex marine trainer says it has a lot to do with what goal he set himself and how serious he was about achieving it. Aaron did a lot of unilateral movements and incorporated dumbbells as JK Simmons has quite a few aches and pains and they were trying to keep things flowing.
Social media has been going wild since Aaron shared a photo of the Hollywood actor flexing his muscles at Gold's in LA. How can a 61 year old be so ripped??! Aaron says JK makes him forget that JK is 61 when they work out. Apparently JK's intensity is through the roof! So folks, set a goal, be disciplined and make sure your workouts are intense and you may well end up looking ripped like JK Simmons at any age!
