Today we’re going to talk about the most aspect of reaching your goals. Something that even the most perfect diet and training cannot help you with if you don’t already have it.
It may not seem like that big a word, but this word holds all of the power when it comes to your hopes and dreams. We’re referring to your health and fitness goals, but it can also be applied to all other aspects of your life.
If you’re not consistent in your actions, then any good intentions and efforts are completely worthless and a waste of your time.
And it doesn’t have to be anything major. To see results with anything, consistency can just mean that you spend regular amounts of time doing something in order to learn or improve yourself.
That is all you need. Set aside 20 minutes of your day to work out. That is enough time to get a good HIIT workout in. There should be no excuses for this as even the busiest people can always find time to do things that are important. Choose what time of the day is best for you whether it’s early in the morning, at the end of the day or even on your lunch break.
If you don’t make time to do things that will help you achieve your goals they you will only be making excuses to yourself and everything else you have done in preparation will have been in vain.
Set aside 20 minutes per day, even on rest days. Train 4-5 times per week and on non-training days use that time to do something active, even if it’s a stretching and meditation session for your mental health.
When you maximise the use of your time, you’ll maximise your results!
