Smores LA Whey Protein Pancakes

Pancakes are great but can be full of sugar and fat which can
be very detrimental to your overall progress in the gym. With this in mind, LA
Muscle have come up with this divine recipe that is not only low in fat and
sugar but is also enriched with high quality protein and muscle building
ingredients that makes this recipe ideal for anyone training for muscle size
and definition.
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 scoop ground oats
- 1 egg
- 2 scoops of LA Whey protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
For the topping;
Method
- Mash your banana in a bowl using a fork until all lumps
are gone.
- Add in your oats, egg, LA Whey protein and baking powder.
- Thoroughly mix until smooth.
- Heat a little coconut oil in your saucepan.
- Scoop out your mixture and place into saucepan.
- Flip over after 1-2 minutes and cook for a further 60
seconds.
- Place onto your plate and repeat until all the mixture
has been finished.
- Place on your yoghurt, chocolate sauce and
marshmallows!
