A quick and effective muscle building shake perfect to have post training and upon waking.
8 ounces strawberries, sliced
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 scoops LA Whey Gold in vanilla
1 cup 1% milk
Mint
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, pour out and enjoy this refreshing and great tasting protein delight. Place the mint on top.
