Ingredients:
2 scoops LA Whey Gold Vanilla
1-1/2 cups skimmed milk
1/2 cup LA Whey Porridge
1/2 cup raisins
12 almonds
1 tbsp LA Peanut Butter Smooth
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender, mix and serve.
