Ingredients:
• 113g of
oats
• 4 egg whites
• A splash of skimmed milk
• 1 Scoop LA Whey (Vanilla)
Directions:
1. Grind up oats and LA Whey Protein in a blender
2. Add them into a bowl
3. Chuck in the 4 egg whites
4. Pour in the skimmed milk
5. Stir.
6. The mix should have quite a thick consistency but not un pourable!
7. Heat up a frying pan
8. Add 3/4 sprays of fry light
9. Pour in mixture
10. Cook until toasted golden on both sides
