Check out these Healthy Tuna snacks!
Ingredients.
56g Garlic Salt
113g Herb Mix
30ml Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
Tuna Steak
60g Gouda Cheese
½ Chopped Onion
113g Spinach
Directions
Place Chopped onion into a frying pan on a high heat adding 30ml of vegetable Oil, Continue to fry onions until brown. Adding 56g Of Herb Mix, and 28g of Garlic Salt. Once browned leave to cool.
Grate Gouda Cheese
Place all ingredients in a large bowel including Chopped onions with all remaining garlic salt and mixed herbs, Mix thoroughly.
Spray Grill tray with Vegetable oil spray
With a table spoon Place mixture in 12 even parst on an oven cooking pan
Cook for 10 minutes on a medium grill heat, flip bites and cook on opposite side for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
