32 year old Haifa Al Musawi is Bahrain's first full time professional female bodybuilder. Haifa is a one of a kind woman, an Arab female bodybuilder and proud to be from the Middle East. Originally from Bahrain, Haifa Al Musawi moved to the UAE in pursuit of better opportunities in the sport of bodybuilding. Although she now works full time as a personal trainer and weight training specialist in a well-known sports centre in Dubai, she is also hoping to compete and represent Bahrain on an international level. Already sponsorship offers are coming through, showing that contrary to popular belief, female bodybuilding is in demand and respected in Arab countries.
