The LA Muscle BNBF Central was held in Aylesbury and what a show! This was a massive event with some 60 competitors! 17 in the Novice class!
LA Muscle were there in full force with the likes of Ben Agboke, Jamie Cameron, Wesley Clarke, Ben France, Stelianour Sani, Paul Amos, the LA Muscle ladies (sorry fellas if you missed the show – we did tell you!) and of course Glen Danbury who won his class and took the overall title too – well done Glen, we are proud of you.
Stelianour Sani took a close second at the lightweights class next to Glen. There were some fantastic physiques on display from Juniors up to seniors.
LA Muscle officially launched the new LA Whey Portein Bar at the show and from the feedback, this is probably going to be the best-selling bar in the UK shortly. People could not believe the size of the bar and the taste of it. If you have not tried this new ground-breaking bar, you MUST!
The overall winners won £200 worth of LA Muscle products and there were plenty of LA Muscle goodie bags for people who attended the show.
