Geraint Nicholas breaks Welsh Squat Record Again

Geraint Nicholas competed in the WPU Wales v England Powerlifitng Championships held in Swansea on November, 18th. Wales beat England in a close run competition and Geraint himself broke the Welsh Squat record in the 110kg Masters class with a 255kg lift.
