Mr Universe and LA Muscle TV presenter Neale Cranwell has shared his shoulder workout exclusively with LA Muscle.
This is the exact routine Neale uses to beef up his shoulders when preparing for competitions and photo-shoots. It has always worked incredibly well for him with rapid results. This workout is designed for anyone looking to 'beef' up their shoulders whilst adding the 'V' shape delts to their physique.
Neale performs this workout once a week and perfoms to failure on each set to ensure maximum muscle growth and size.
Mr Universe Shoulder Routine
Barbell front raises 4 x 6-12
Seated dumbbell press or barbell press 5 x 6-8 (heavy sets)
Barbell upright rows 5 x 8-10
Bent over dumbbell lateral raises Superset with standing lat raise 4 x 10-12 of both
Smith machine shrugs 4 x 10
Post Training
