Goal 1 – Build Muscle
The exercises below are to be performed using maximum weight. Do a warm up set of 60% of max before each exercise. Pose after each exercise, contracting the muscle for 5 seconds. Then do a 5 second stretch.

Monday:
Chest & Triceps
Bench Press: 3 x 8 reps
Inclined Bench Press: 3 x 8 reps
Dips: 3 x failure reps
Triceps Pushdown: 3 x 8 reps
Close-Grip Bench Press: 3 x 8 reps
Tuesday: Rest, eat, sleep.
Wednesday:
Back & Biceps
Barbell Rows: 3 x 8 reps
Dumbbell Rows: 3 x 8 reps
Deadlift: 3 x 8 reps
Lat pulldown: 3 x 8 reps
Bicep Barbell Curls: 3 x 8 reps
Thursday: Rest, eat, sleep.
Friday or Saturday: Legs
Squats: 3 x 8 reps
Hamstring Curls: 3 x 8 reps
Leg Curls: 3 x 8 reps
Barbell Lunge: 3 x 8 reps
Sunday: Rest, eat, sleep.
Diet:
Upon waking up: 1 x LA Whey Shake

Breakfast: Porridge, 4 x toasts, 3-4 eggs, Coffee or tea, Grapefruit juice

Avoid:
- Alcohol
- Soya products
- Tap water
- Cannabis
Add:
- Posing in front of a mirror for 10 mins in the morning and 10 mins at night (body building poses, contracting your muscles)
- Visualisation: Put a poster of who you want to look like on your wall
- Omega fatty acids to your diet
- If you want to get bigger, add Eclipse to your diet. 2-3 shakes a day.

Goal 2 – Lose Weight Monday: Stationary cycling for minimum 20 minutes (if you are just starting out or unfit) – Ideally 45-120 minutes, constant speed, not straining too much and not going too slow.
Tuesday: Swimming for 1 hour.
Wednesday: Jogging for 45-120 minutes, constant speed.
Thursday: Rowing machine: 45-60 minutes.
Friday: Rest or if you are up to it go for a long walk.
Saturday: Stationary cycling: 45-120 minutes.
Sunday: Swimming.
Diet:
Upon waking up: 2 x
Fat Stripper pills or 2 x

Breakfast:
2 x
Fat Stripper pills, 10 minutes before eating.
Grapefruit juice, 2 x toast OR 1 x corn flakes with skimmed milk, 1 x coffee or tea

Lunch:
Some pasta, rice or bread, lean meats/fish, vegetables.
+ Salad with apple cider vinegar dressing.

Dinner:If you are very hungry then:

Avoid:
- All gluten products if you can. So swap pasta for gluten free pasta or brad for gluten-free bread or just stick to rice. Gluten puffs up your whole body and avoiding it can seriously reduce your “heavy” appearance.
- Snacking for the sake of snacking.
- Eating too late.
- All junk foods, pastry, chocolate, sweets.
Add to your diet/food (when you can):- Cinnamon
- Pepper
- Mineral water
