John Clarke recently accomplished an amazing 12 week body transformation project where he started at 97kg and came down to an impressive 82kg. The majority of the fat went and in came the muscle.
One of the major changes was of course his diet as well as implementing a training programme. Both worked in harmony and the weight just fell out. Take a look at his exclusive regime below;
Diet Plan
John did 1 hour fasted cardio before breakfast to kick start his metabolism.
Meal one: 5 whole eggs and handful of spinach, 2 capsules Fat Stripper
Meal two: 150g of chicken, 70g rice and veg, 2 capsules Fat Stripper
Meal three: 150g lean mince. 250g sweet potato and veg, 2 capsules Fat Stripper
Meal four: 150g chicekn and 70g rice with veg
Weight training session (sip on Repo BCAA's with 30g dextrose during training)
Training programme as follows
Monday: Chest and arms
Wednesday: Legs
Friday: Back
Saturday: Shoulders
John would have LA Whey protein post training in water to replenish his muscles and help with recovery.
He would increase his cardio to 1 hour in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening as well as reducing his carbohydrate intake.
