One of the main reasons he separates himself from the competition is the size and symmetry of his deltoids. and is always asked how he gets them so defined.
Nav is always being asked how he gets his delts so broad and defined, so LA Muscle have teamed up with the man himself to get the lowdown .....
MR LONDON WORKOUT
Nav performs this workout once a week and works to failure on each working set.
Follow this routine to the 'T' and start 'beefing' up your delts......
Exercise 1: Shoulder press with a barbell super-setted with close grip shoulder press
Exercise 2: Combined Lateral raises super-setted with front shoulder raise
Exercise 3: Bent over lateral raises, side and front in one go
