SUPER-HOT MMA fighter takes down robber!
Monique Bastos held the robber in a choke-hold until police arrived

Two guys on a moped decide to pounce on 2 unsuspecting fragile women walking out in the dark. They check the scene, they choose their moment and then... BAM..... they get their asses kicked!
This happened in Brazil not so long ago when the would be robbers came across none other than MMA fighter Monique Bastos who promptly chased one away and beat up the other one eventually putting him in a choke hold known as the "lion killer choke" for 20 minutes. Sadly for the poor robber, the entire incident was filmed and broadcast all over the internet. In the video clip, the robber can be seen begging for his daddy, then mummy and then pleading for his release saying this was the first time he had done this. More like the first time he had his ass kicked big time by a woman!
Following the release of the clip, Monique Bastos has become a bit of a celebrity with appearances on various TV networks and offers of sponsorship pouring in. The lesson boys and girls is that physical exercise and combat sports are great! You never know when they can be of use so get out there and get exercising.
