Get an energy boost with your protein fix with this delicious vanilla latte shake.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ground coffee
1 1/2 cups water
2 scoops LA Whey Protein in Vanilla
2 teaspoons fat-free caramel or chocolate topping
ice cubes (as desired)
sugar/Splenda (to taste)
Instructions:
Brew coffee with water. Let cool.
Add LA Whey Protein in vanilla and Splenda sugar and blend for one minute
Drizzle fat-free topping into empty glass and add ice.
Pour in latte mix and serve.
