A delicious tasting turkey wrap, packed with protein for a quick lunch on the go. This recipe is ideal to have post training to help with overall recovery and aid muscle growth.
Ingredients
1 tortilla wrap
100g smoked turkey breast
1 slice cheese
2 slices cooked bacon
1 tbsp low-fat ranch dressing
2 tomato slices
romaine lettuce (or baby spinach)
Directions
Spread ranch dressing over the centre of wrap. Add turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato and romaine.
Fold sides in and then roll up.
