Luke Baker's Protein Banana Bread Muffins

time to indulge in this delicious recipe provided by Dreamsboy Dancer and
fitness model Luke Baker, which is quite simply a sweeter way to your gains. Easy
to prepare, enriched with protein, low in fat this protein banana bread muffin is a
recipe that you need to try today.
Ingredients
- 2
large ripe bananas
- 2
eggs (free range) or chia egg substitute using 3 tbsp chia soaked in 2 tbspo
water for 15 minutes to swell.
- 1
tsp cinnamon ground
- 3/4
cup spelt flower
- 1/4
cup LA Muscle Diet Whey (choc)
- 1/4
cup organic coconut oil
- 1
tsp baking soda
- 1-2
cardamom pods (optional)
- 1/4
cup 100% maple
Directions
- Combine
wet ingredients (maple, coconut oil, eggs or chia egg and mashed ripe bananas).
- Meanwhile
combine the spelt, diet whey, cinnamon and cardamom (optional).
- Mix
dry with the wet and combine until silky smooth and there are no lumps present
(use a food processor for best rsults).
- Spoon
the mixture into cases and sprinkle a few crushed walnuts on top.
- Set
the oven at gas mark 4 and bake for 20 minutes and allow to rest before eating.
