Have a healthy and delicious low fat steak and vegetable pizza. It’s a quick 3-step recipe that you won’t feel guilty indulging in.
Ingredients
1 whole wheat flatbread
100g cooked steak, diced
30g onions
50g red and green peppers, julienne cut
50g pizza sauce
40g fresh mozzarella cheese
Directions
Place the whole wheat flatbread on a baking sheet/pan, add marinara making sure to spread evenly on, followed by cheese, onions, peppers and steak.
Place baking pan in the oven for 5 minutes just to allow the cheese to melt.
The entire process will take no more than 10 minutes and you’re ready to eat!
