This is a brilliant shake which you can have in the morning and also post training. It’s fulfilled with key nutrients and ingredients that your body needs after sleep and after training. It’s simple to make and tastes amazing. Try implementing this into your schedule for a fitter and more energised body.
Ingredients
40 grams dry oatmeal
2 scoops LA Whey protein shake in vanilla
1/2 a teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons splenda sugar
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 1/2 cup water or skimmed milk
Directions
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Pour out the drink in a glass, enjoy!
