When you are done training, you're muscles are 'crying' out for nutrition and they need the necessary 'tools' to start the recovery and growth process.
What better way then a tasty and easy sandwich that packs all the punch and nutrition. High in protein, carbs and good fats, this sandwich is not only super healthy but also tastes divine and simple to prepare.
Ingredients
2 Slices of bread
100 grams of salmon flakes
1 tomato sliced and ready to put in
Handful of chopped lettuce
Method
Toast the bread (to make it more crispy and tasty)
Add the tomatoes and lettuce at the bottom of the bread
Top of with the salmon flakes and close the sandwich
Enjoy
*You can add any salad of your choice followed by some light mayo for some extra flavour.
