A great meal that is perfect for either pre or post workout is oats and this tasty coconut oatmeal recipe is packed full of nutrients to fuel up your muscles whether preparing for a big session or to start the recovery after one.
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp creamed coconut
50g rolled organic oats
1 scoop LA Whey Gold protein vanilla flavour
Sprinkle hot spiced berries
Sprinkle chia seeds
Yields 1 serving
DIRECTIONS
Boil oats or cook in a microwave with water
Mix the LA Whey Gold protein into the oats
Stir in the creamed coconut
Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top
Serve and enjoy!
