Here is a protein shake recipe made with LA Whey protein sent into us by fitness expert Zilvinas Nacas. Have a serving post workout or as an after dinner snack and watch your muscles grow!!
Ingredients
400ml water
4 Ice Cubes (optional)
2 scoops LA Whey Protein in chocolate
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon low fat whipping cream
Directions
Add 1.5 scoops of LA Whey protein and the other ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Pour into a glass.
Sprinkle the remaining protein on top
Drink and grow
