PROTEIN PANCAKE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop LA whey protein powder
- 50g blended oats
- 1 tbs of nut butter
- 200ml almond butter
- 1 tbs of coconut oilBerries/nuts/syrup for topping
HOW TO MAKE
- 1. Mix the protein powder, blended oats and nut butter with the almond milk to make your pancake mix.
- 2. Using the coconut oil to cook on a low heat, pour the desired size of pancake into a frying pan and allow to harden on the bottom.
- 3. Flip the pancake and allow to cook through on the other side.
- 4. Top with whatever toppings you wish. I have used blueberries and strawberries.
- 5. Enjoy!
