Create a flavour sensation with this combination that pairs a hint of delicious mint chocolate with sweet hints of cinnamon and ties them all together with a vanilla cream base. This shake is refreshing, great for adding muscle definition and helping with overall recovery. It’s simple to make and is packed full of flavour.
Ingredients
2 scoops LA Whey protein in mint chocolate:
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
400ml water
4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 30-45 sec.
Let it settle for a minute or two
