LA Muscle's Iced Caramel & Vanilla Latte Protein Dessert

If you fancy something different for your post-workout nutrition then try
this delicious tasting protein desert.
Ingredients
- 250ml 1% milk
- 1 shot espresso
- 2 scoops Vanilla LA Whey Protein
- 1 tbsp melted
coconut oil
- 1 tbsp calorie and
sugar-free caramel syrup (optional)
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
extract
Handful crushed
ice
Method
- In a
high-powered blender, mix together the almond milk, espresso, vanilla
protein, coconut oil, vanilla extract and crushed ice.
- Pour into
a glass and drizzle over the caramel syrup, if using.
Serve and
enjoy.
