This is a great recipe for muscle building as it's high in protein, low in fat and can be made in less than 5 minutes. Use it as a pre-workout snack or at lunch to get your muscles fuelled or a quick lunch if you're on the go.
Ingredients
1 fajita wrap
100g lean roast beef (or stir fried lean steak strips)
1 tbsp natural fat-free yoghurt
1 tbsp horseradish sauce
1 tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
a handful of watercress
freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Combine the yogurt and horseradish sauce and spread on a wrap.
Top with the remaining ingredients and roll up.
