Divine high protein salmon dish

Lina is renowned for her
cooking and delicious recipes which are always super healthy, low fat and pack
a protein punch. With this in mind, LA Muscle have caught up with the lady
herself for one of her epic recipes, full details below;
Smoked Salmon and Peach Salad with Pesto Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach leaves, already washed
- 150gr smoked salmon
- 1 small peach or nectarine, washed and sliced
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 8 walnut halves, crushed
- 1 tblsp green pesto
- 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
PREPARATION
- Arrange the smoked salmon cut into strips on a bed of spinach-
- Add the peach or nectarine slices, the avocado slices and the walnuts-
- Prepare a dressing with pesto, extra virgin olive oil and lime juice.
- Mix together and drizzle over the salad.
