Ingredients:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (around 18g protein)
• 1/4 cup granola (around 2g protein)
• 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) (around 5g protein)
• 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
• 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
• Start with a base layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom of a glass or bowl. Greek yogurt is packed with protein and is a great base for this healthy snack.
• Next, add a layer of granola for a nice crunch. While granola varies in its protein content, it generally provides a good amount of fibre and will keep you feeling full for longer.
• Add a generous handful of mixed nuts, like almonds and walnuts, which are both high in protein and healthy fats.
• Top the nut layer with a vibrant layer of mixed berries. These add a natural sweetness, plenty of vitamins and antioxidants, and some additional fibre.
• Repeat the layers until you have used all the ingredients or your container is full.
