Chocolate coconut protein cookies

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2
servings LA Muscle chocolate night protein (this keeps them from drying
out)
- 1/4
cup of coconut flour
- 1/2
tsp of baking soda
- 1/4
cup of chia seeds
- 1/4
cup of coconut milk
- 10
ground almonds
- 1
bar dark chocolate
Directions:
- Preheat
oven to 170c
- Mix
egg, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, coconut, milk, and ground
nuts in a bowl.
- Once
dough is formed, break in the chocolate.
- Using
a spoon, divide mixture into 12 cookies and place on a baking tray.
- Bake
in oven for 15 minutes.
