This delicious dessert is ready in 5 minutes and is certain to satisfy any sugar cravings. Not only is it very healthy, it's also dairy-free, gluten-free and a perfect dessert choice for vegans. If you have any whey protein available you can also add a scoop to add to your protein intake for the day!
INGREDIENTS
3 avocados, sliced and flesh removed
6 tbsp organic raw cacao powder
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkle of sea salt
Optional: 1 scoop of LA Whey Gold Chocolate
Yields 2 servings
DIRECTIONS
This is a really quick and easy recipe to make. Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Divide mixture into two bowls. Serve and enjoy!
