This tasty, easy to make meal is great to have post workout as it contains protein, healthy fats and simple carbs for quick recovery and muscle repair.
Ingredients
1 cooked & chopped skinless chicken breast
3 tbsp chopped apple
2 tbsp chopped grapes
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey (optional)
a few slices of shredded iceberg lettuce
Directions
Mix all chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon into lettuce leaf, roll & serve. Enjoy!
