Chicken Does Not Have To Mean Boring

the protein high with this delicious Chicken recipe that's not only bodybuilder
friendly, but delicious too and can be enjoyed by anyone!

INGREDIENTS
- Protein: Chicken breast (100g)
- Vegetables: parsnip, beetroot, carrots, sweet potato, white
potato, butternut squash, courgettes, peppers, red onion and garlic (200g)
- Salad: mixed green leaves and chopped cucumber (40g), seeds
(10g)
- Sauces: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, apple cider
vinegar (5-10ml)
- Seasoning: salt, turmeric, black ground pepper (pinch of
each).
DIRECTIONS
- Chop the vegetables
into thick chunks and strips and place in a baking tray.
- Season the chicken
breast in lemon juice, black pepper, salt and turmeric
- Bake these two at 190
degrees C (for 35 mins fan oven, 45 mins regular)
- Chop the salad leaves
and cucumber and sprinkle seeds over the top.
- Boil and egg as you so
wish.
- Serve all together and
enjoy!
