Simple to make and tastes divine. This recipe is great to have before bed to prevent muscle breakdown
during sleep. You can also enjoy this as a desert which will combat your sweet cravings without the extra calories.
Ingredients
1 scoop LA Whey Chocolate Protein
1 tbsp LA All-natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions
In a large bowl, add LA Whey protein, LA peanut butter and almond milk.
Mix ingredients for 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer.
Place mixture into serving bowl and serve
Enjoy your muscle building bed-time snack!
