Try this great recipe as a recovery drink or post-workout pick-me-up. It's loaded with protein, electrolytes and is super hydrating.
Ingredients
1 scoop LA Whey Banana
1-2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup low-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup ice
Handful almond flakes for topping
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add the almond flakes on top and enjoy!
