High Protein
Tuna & Egg Sandwiches
A fantastic sandwich to have for lunch which is loaded with protein to feed
your muscles for growth.
Ingredients:
• 3-4
boiled egg whites
• 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 2 slices of whole wheat bread
• Shredded lettuce
• 1 can of tuna in brine or water
Method:
1. Chop egg whites and put into a medium bowl.
2. Add tuna and black pepper.
3. Mix well and serve on bread with lettuce.
