Ingredients:
• 1-2 scoops of LA Whey Chocolate protein powder
• 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
• 1 banana- sliced
• 3-6 pieces of dark chocolate
• Toasted pistachio nuts
Method:
• Put all ingredients into a blender.
• Blend for around ten seconds as we want a thick shake
• Pour into a glass and drink.
