Containing 35g of Protein
Ingredients
3 Medium Cloves of Garlic (Diced)
15ml Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Boneless Strip Steaks. (180g)
5 Large ears Corn
2 Medium fresh tomatoes
1 Fresh sweet red pepper
28g Fresh Chopped Basil
30ml Red wine Vinegar
Preheat Grill to a High Heat.
In a Small Bowel add garlic, 10ml Oil, and a pinch of salt.
Rub mixture onto both sides of each steak.
Place Steaks and corn onto the grill, 4 minutes preside (Medium Rare)
Allow steaks to rest while corn cooks, continue to turn frequently until some of the kernels are slightly charred. (8 Minutes)
Allow corn to cool for approximately 5 minutes
Remove Kernels from the cob with a knife.
Combine the corn, Tomatoes and Pepper in a bowel stiring in the fresh chopped basil vinegar and remaining 5ml of oil with a pinch of salt. And serve.
