SHAKE - Delicious Recovery Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
• 125ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 14g Almond or Peanut Butter
• 1 Medium Banana (Frozen)
• 1 Scoop LA Whey banana
• 6-8 Ice Cubes
Directions:
Place milk, nut butter, banana and protein powder in a blender until smooth. Add ice cubes one at a time until blended to desired thickness.
Protein = 28 g
Carbohydrates = 33 g
Total Calories = 330
