This time of the year temptation’s are high!Here is a delicious cinnamon and almond cake for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients
260g Wheat Flour
12g Cinnamon
50g Brown Sugar
6g Soda Bicarbonate
6g Baking Powder
130g Curd
80ml Water
100ml Vegetable oil
Chopped Almonds Nuts
Preheat Oven to 200°c.
Pour all dry ingredients into a mixing bowel and thoroughly mix together.
In a separate bowel blend Water, Curd and oil together.
Add mixed dry ingredients into the bowl containing Wet ingredients and mix together, until mixture has formed a dripping consistency. (Add more water if required)
Add Chopped Almond Nuts.
Oil The bottom of your baking dish and pour the mixture prepared into the tin.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden Brown.
