Check out this Protein packed, delicious and nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- 260g Chicken Breast
- 1lb Green Beans
- 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 Cloves garlic, (Crushed)
- 1/2oz Peeled and grated Ginger.
- 2 Stalks Lemongrass
- Fresh Chilli peppers (Sweet Red Peppers if you don’t like spice)
- 5ml Light Soy Sauce
- Black pepper.
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, in a Large pan or Wok add 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable oil and fry the chicken on a high heat, adding a pinch of salt and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. Cook until browned and crispy.
Add The remaining 1 Tablespoon of oil to the wok along with the crushed garlic, grated ginger, lemongrass and chillies/Sweet peppers.
Continue to fry for another 30 seconds then add the green beans and continue to toss thoroughly. Occasionally stirring ingredients until tender and begin to brown.
Add 10ml of water and cover for 2 minutes to slightly steam. Add 5ml Of soy sauce and a pinch of salt stir for another 3 minutes and serve.
